When purchasing one of their software products like System Mechanic, they automatically sign you up for one free month of US Tech Support: "Includes 1 FREE month of Unlimited 24/7 Technical Support ($19.95/mo for Technical Support thereafter). There is no opt out.

The fine print on the page states: "If you do not cancel 24/7 Technical Support before the end of the first free month, it will automatically renew at the monthly price of $19.95. On the renewal date, your credit card will be charged for the subscriptions. If you wish to avoid any of these initial or recurring charges, you may cancel your subscriptions at any time prior to the applicable renewal date by calling us at +1 (808) 207-3783 (Powered by USTechSupport) or via online chat, email or contact form. RealDefense may offer other products and services when you call us."

They did send two warning emails about the $19.95 charge. But, they place the burden on the customer to read these reminders to opt out, which is wrong.
