One of my customers reporting that they are investing money with a financial advisor in Laredo, TX. Their website is https://schwab-dm.com/. The company names is C.S. Diana Martinez, LLC (formerly Charles Schwab Diana Martinez, LLC). Address listed: 104 Del Court suite 100, C.P. 78041, Laredo Tx. Phone 956-324-1903. She claims to guarantee returns on invested funds. My customer have given her cash to invest and she has provided them with checks for the returns. My customers believe she is legit, but this has ALL the red flags of a scam/ponzi-scheme. There are no licenses under her name. She is claiming to be a financial advisor, and my customers are now wanting to give her more money.
