I ordered a scale model airplane for my son from this company. Customer service has been hostile and Dusty is belligerent with me in emails. Plane was to be delivered weeks ago. When he finally emailed back, he said I should cancel my order if I think I'm being scammed. He said he will refund money. It appears this has happened before as indicated in reviews of his company on the ScamPulse.com website. No phone is provided forcing customers to rely on email communication which is terrible and extremely belittling to customers.
