Scammed

I purchased an RV from said company in June, to date no RV and I'm having a hard time getting my money back. I wired $12,100 to a bank here in Virginia (Wells Fargo) the company supposed to hold it until I received the RV. That Company name is Drivesmart Auto Solutions LLC. So this company is getting people where it really hurts! Bad business and can't collect your money back!

Through email and phone calls I purchased a car from this company that does not exist at the address posted. I sent a wire transfer to a bank (Chase) in Denver Colorado. The parent company is supposed to be Premium Gear Oasis LLC. Although my delivery date is way past due the car is still for sale on their website. They no longer answer my phone calls or emails.

Where you able to get your money back? We have been unsuccessful so far. The detective with our local police department told us it's going to be a very slim chance. I don't understand how this country can let these scammers steal our money! Thank you
