Last July (2025) I clicked on a link of going out of business facebook post and ordered items. I got a confirmation and an email from "shop app" re: tracking my item but no tracking # at the time, then I forgot about it. But I just recently, while doing my taxes, and going through my bank charges, I noticed the charge went through but when I went back in my emails to contact them, the website and email are no longer available.

I purchased via credit card two dresses from Sarah-New York on 7/02/2025. They advertised going out of business. I have never received the items I requested a refund they respond it’s coming and never has. Please advise. Now I can not locate them via Facebook link. The emails say shipped never shipped!

FB post said store closing and I ordered a dress against my better judgement. The dress never arrived and after numerous correspondence I requested a refund and to cancel the order. After 3 attempts requesting a refund they report that their system is down at this time. Researched more and found the ScamPulse.com had listed them as fraud and someone else reported the same exact scam'

I ordered two dresses and two pairs of shoes and paid with my Visa credit card on August 1st and even though I reached out to them and received an email telling me it's coming I am unable to track because what they give me the track is not bad.

A Facebook post indicates that the New York store was “completely destroyed” and that the owners—two grandmothers—could no longer continue operating. They decided to go out of business to spend more time with their families, explaining that they simply couldn't compete with larger retail chains.
I’m reaching out regarding an order I placed earlier today. Within minutes of placing the order, I attempted to cancel due to concerns about your refund policy and the unclear sizing charts. Despite acting quickly, my debit card was still charged, and I have been unable to reach anyone from your customer service team—even though your website states that support is currently available.
