We were contacted by email by what we thought was one of our subcontractor's to only later find out their email address had been hacked. They told us that they were implementing changes to their accounts receivable department and to now forward our payments to Sam's Accounting located at 3100 County Rd 17, Brighton CO 80603. After contacting our subcontractor directly, he informed us that he did not make this request. BEWARE! and never accept a new W-9 or an email with an address change without contacting your vendor directly. According to the Colorado Secretary of State, Sam's Accounting was just created on 7/12/21.
