I began getting calls about 3 months ago, and get at least 1 call per day. the details are always the same, "Your files shows you're approved for $59,000. To finalize, please call 866-959-0957. "..........." multiple mentions of "this is Sally Foster, please call us back." I've tried calling the number they provide, (866) 959-0987, but it's no help.
