I ordered a few items from what appeared to be a legit company. It took 3.5+ weeks to ship. I contacted them to cancel the order and was told they could not cancel because the item already shipped. 20 minutes after this, I finally actually received an email that the item was in transit. Then while offering exchanges free, they demand I pay all return costs to ship to China for a return. Their website is deceptive in advertising free exchanges and 30 day returns, making it appear returns would be free without expressly putting their return policy on their site. This company advertises heavily on social media using influencers and blanketing feeds with ads. The items are poor quality and the company deceives consumers in multiple ways.
