Report

I purchased two shirts September 16 from Ruby Sky Boutique. As of October 30 I have not received my order. I emailed 3 or 4 times and was told it was being processed, it would be mailed that weekend (3 weeks ago). I have requested a refund but they respond with it's being shipped.
