I ordered a dress from this website, which advertised as being based out of Texas. A few days after ordering, the shipping notification said it was coming from China, which took a long time to arrive. When it came, the item was not at all what I ordered, and much worse quality than what I ordered. When I emailed them threatening legal action, they said they could offer me a 30% refund to keep the dress and not send it back. When I responded saying I was writing up legal papers and contacting ScamPulse.com, they responded immediately saying they would offer 40%. Upon looking up the address they claim to be based in, it's someone's house in TX (not China), so this is clearly a scam.
