Online Purchased made on July 6, 2026 in the amount of $36.19. I supposedly to have received the delivery on July 28. My first initial email about the order after a few days they replied back said it’ll take 20 days. When I didn’t receive the delivery from my local postal service I emailed once again and they replied stating that the package was delivered and ask me to check my neighbors if it was delivered at wrong address so I took the suggestion and did so. I asked my address is 2068, I asked neighbors that lived at 2078, 2058. Then I emailed several more times regarding the delivery then they went silent. I have not received a reply again.

On July 17, 2026 I ordered 8 pair of Multi Pocket Capri Mid Waist Cargo Pants. I charged the order to my Discover Card. I followed the tracking info. It claimed to have been shipped from Hong Kong on July 20th. Arriving at LAX on July 22, cleared customs on July 30th. Says it was delivered Aug 12th at 7:30PM. There was no delivery on that date or any date.

This fraudulent company advertised clothing online. I bought clothes totaling $73.04, which I paid. Later they deducted $31.37, of which I contacted their customer service without positive results. The clothes I bought were never delivered. I contacted via email several times but the problem was never resolved. They are scammers. Never trust this company.

I ordered 6 pair of capris on June 10, 2026 and they were not delivered. Contacted the usps and they never received the package with the tracking number attached to my purchase. I contacted the customer service department at Rodaneer and they said they would refund but after multiple times contacting them about this missing refund they will not return an answer.

While on Facebook, I saw an ad for 5 pair of capris for $29.99 and it was from “Macy’s”. I thought it was a good deal so I ordered them on July 9, 2026. The total was $36.18. The site I actually ordered from was Rodaneer, which I thought was a part of Macy’s. After tracking updates over a period of 19 days, I finally got an update that my package was “Out for Delivery”. It was not delivered on the 27th, 28th, or the 29th. It showed the shipping method was UPS so I inquired with them but the tracking number I was given was NOT a UPS number and they couldn’t help me!! I’m at the end of my search methods.

Ordered shirts from their website included shipping. The tracking information said it was delivered but I never received it. I was there all day and nothing was delivered.
