Alyssa?****** 414******* called me directly stating her employee needs a tow service. She gave me all the needed information. I sent a driver here in Ocala, Fl to tow a van to a tire shop. Then my phone calls, texts, and payment links for the service were ignored. I gained access to the van owner's contact and called regarding our payment, where I was then told she had paid a company called RoadForce $199.00 for the service. This is the service I provided, not RoadForce. I called 18882153095, reached Alyssa and was told that the customer Nicole needed to pay me not them, I responded with this is not the business standard here in Florida, a customer calls and pays you a roadside club you contacted me for the service then you pay me. I was met with, " Well, I have Nicole's card credit information I can give you-this is not responsible business practice " They also own this company OA Mobility Group LLC. Predatory practices.
