I ordered two dresses from the company that was stated as Melbourne, VIC. When the dresses arrived, they looked nothing like what I ordered so I immediately contacted the company and request to return the dresses. Thru several e-mails they offered 10% and then 20% to keep the dresses. Then they wanted me to send pictures again and I did and then they wanted me to return items. I returned the items to where they came from in Los Angeles, California on July 8, 2026, thru the USPS tracking number 9534613188526189133260 in the same package they were sent in and they have just informed me that they received them! I still after 4 months of constant weekly e-mails have not received my $109.90 back. Please help me!
