I ordered a product called NueroLift which I saw an ad online with Bill Gates (which turned out to be fake). I cancelled the order next day as my doctor said I could not take with ingredients with my blood thinner. I spoke to two people at what I thought was Neurolift company to cancel order which was placed 9/21/26. They said already shipped. I have not yet received order but they charged my credit card $532.00. I have asked my credit card company to stop payment but don't know how this will be resolved. Can you help. The name of the company charging me is called Ridgeline Athletics.
