Ordered through Revella in 10/13. No product ever received. Emailed on 10/28. Was told it was on the way and no refund was able to be given. Emailed again on 11/1. No product. I was told the same thing that the product was on the way and the refund was unavailable. Yesterday, November 4th I was charged $50 for something I didn't even get and the explanation was some random subscription I had signed up for. I called the company and talked to Sarah who spoke very little English. She refused to refund my money for the product that said they would stop the subscription and refund my $50 that they took out of my account yesterday. Said the product was still on the way. No refund offered for the product. Got an email today 11/5 and it says that they are going to refund some money and the product is still on the way.
