Ordered a ring. Took well over a month to ship in the first place. Then when it said it was delivered, it has been no where to be found. Contacted the delivery service and they couldn’t do anything for me. So contacted customer service of Halo Ring multiple times and still have not received a reply. Wrote Instagram comments and that’s when I finally heard back from the company. They Direct Messaged me, asked for my order number and everything. After that I was left on read with no reply. I have not received a refund or any new ring in return.

Purchased hoodie online. Company claimed that they would send the item. Showed in transit for over a month every time I would contact the company they would continually say that I would just need to wait for the item and that it would take between 5 to 10 business days. This was well outside the allotted time. I have never received the item and the company refuses to give me a refund.

I ordered a device that is suppose to help me save on my electric bill. I ordered at the end of Dec. 2025 & as of today, Feb 3rd, 2026. I dont have it. Their tracking email says it was delivered but it was not. When communicating (only through email) with them, I got no where. They keep lying (through emails) saying that it was delivered. No phone number available for them.

Placed an order on 11/21/25, the order was never received. Sent emails on 12/31/25, 1/12/26 and 1/20/26 with no response and left a telephone message on 1/12/26.

I made a purchase for $149.00 on Shopify on December 10,2025 and never received my order. I then reached out to the consumer Elysea Leefar and spoke with a so called customer service rep who said they would refund the $149.00 and cancel my order that never arrived. So watched for my refund that never came and reached out again to consumer only to get a non working number now, I was SCAMMED!!!!!

This is a scam artist, it’s believable which made it hard to detect till the product was received. False marketing and counterfeit merchandise.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. upon receiving them and trying them on i contacted the seller to return them because they didnt fit. after several days i got an email back saying they would compensate me 30% of what i paid to NOT return them and for me to gift them to someone else. i refused that offer. their next offer was a 50% refund and to again gift them to someone else. i again refused. then i got a long winded email about how to return them (no return address given), take pictures, provide tracking, provide order number, etc and they would "consider" a refund. so basically send the jeans back and I might get my money back or accept a portion of what i paid and keep jeans i have no use for
