I was on Craigslist looking for a,new home, when I kept coming across these rent to own listings. So I called and talked to a Will Cruz who promised me a list of reasonably-priced rent to own properties in my desired area. The "only catch" was that I had to sign up with a particular credit consolidation company, which charges a monthly fee. At first I was skeptical, but Will reassured me that this was legit. He called me almost everyday to see if I was gonna sign up for the service and make my payments. I payed the first two fees, which were $79.90 for the sign up and $15 for the credit report. I contacted Will and told him I was making payments, and he promised me a list of housing properties I can look into. I signed up for this service at the beginning of November 2017. I have not received a list, so I called will again. He seemed shocked about me not getting the list and he promised me he was going to get right on it. Mid December I received an email stating I was going to get the list, but no list. We are in February 2018 and I still don't have a list and Will won't answer any of my calls. No representative from rent2own homes will answer any of my calls or respond to any of my emails.
