RealEstateDubai.no Reports & Reviews (2)

To the Legal Department of Scampulse,
I am writing to issue a formal demand for the immediate and permanent removal of the defamatory content hosted on your platform at the following URL: https://www.scampulse.com/realestatedubaino-reviews
This report is part of a criminal smear campaign and contains demonstrably false allegations. Please take note of the following facts:
Retraction by Primary Source: This content is a mirror of a report (ID 1262035) originally posted on the BBB Scam Tracker. Following an investigation, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has permanently removed the report, recognizing it as fraudulent and part of a personal vendetta.
Factual Impossibility: The report mentions my website (connectpointdubai.com), which was registered on April 20, 2026. The report was filed within hours of the domain registration, making the claim of any "victims" a physical and logical impossibility.
Legal Liability: By continuing to host this content after the original source has retracted it, Scampulse is now actively facilitating criminal defamation (libel). This is a direct violation of international defamation laws and the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021), which carries severe penalties for publishing false information about residents and businesses in Dubai.
Ongoing Investigation: This matter has been formally reported to the Dubai Police Cybercrime Department. If this URL is not removed within 24 hours, I will instruct my legal counsel to include Scampulse as a defendant in upcoming legal proceedings for damages caused to my professional reputation and business operations.
Consider this a formal Notice and Takedown request. I expect a confirmation of removal within the next 24 hours to avoid further escalation involving your hosting provider and law enforcement.

John Gunnar Haugenes is plotting a new scam after the Andersson Tate debt scheme. He and his new «business» partner (co-founder) from RealEstateDubai.no are pretending to be realestate agents in Dubai trying to reach the scandinavian market by pretending to be real estate agents. The do not have realestate license here in Norway or the solid background for realestate as the claim on this website.
