On July 23 I watched an ad from where I play my game. I ordered a product from rackicon. They took my money and I have never received it. It's now sept 22. The tracking never worked and I got an email saying it had been lost but they would send out a new one. To get a refund, you jump thru hoops. They are scammers and do NOT order from rackicon
