I purchased an online quit smoking diffuser with the additional "free" gifts and another discounted diffuser. After reviewing many consumer reviews, I have also experienced the same fraudulent issues.

I've never received the products and submitted "QuitRitual support team" email correspondence. The consumer complaints were the same, such as...

order was delivered, the product was out of stock, replacement product was promised as soon as 5-7 days.

It's been over a month with no replacement. As of this date 8/27/2026, I sent a final email requesting a refund. I was advised their policy does not provide refunds only replacement orders.
