Going through my PayPal Statement I noticed three charges to the same company for items I did not order from a company I never heard of. Quantum Cart LLC is the company and the charges were $87.88, $38.44 and $21.96 for a total of 148.28. In doing some research this morning I noticed the word "SCAM" related to this company. How can I recoup my loss and avoid future contact from this company?
