PURE DIFFUSER CO IS A SCAM

they do not actually ship products. All i can find from international customers such as myself is they never received anything after payment and they do not give you a refund.
I have requested to speak to their customer service team, refunds, why my package is apparently just sitting in a distribution warehouse, NOTHING. They offer 30 day shipping guarantee which is not true at all.
They also have multiple instagram pages, which tells you they cover their tracks for when one is shut down.

Purchased an item for $20+ with shipping protection...it was never delivered. Contacted support numerous times, it's always the same "cut-and-paste" response saying that they'll get back to me within 1-72 hours... despite numerous emails from me they never responded. 100% scam. Beware and avoid.

This company created social media accounts advertising a product for sale. I purchased the product 5 weeks ago, and it never shipped. I have contacted them 12 times and their response says they are delayed in shipping. I asked to cancel my order many times and they send canned responses saying they will take 10% off for the inconvenience and refuse to cancel. There are 100’s of people on Instagram and TikTok that have reported the exact same experience. No one has ever actually received any of their products. They are taking people’s money! They then remove comments that people post about it.
