I bought a weighted stuffed animal from them and waited a month. They failed to give me a delivery email, so i emailed them asking qhere my stuff was. They said it had been delivered and i refuted this. I asked for my money back. They "looked into it" and came up with a stoey that it was delivered to a front desk of some place, but i told them k lived at a home, and there was no desk or reception area. I asked a second time foe my money back. Thry then emailed back not acknowledging my requesr and instead gave me some bogus picture of a second tracking number that I have looked up on multiple tracking number websites and each site said it was not real. I told them a third time i wanted my money back. They take 2 days to respond each time

I have lost $65.70 over this and have waited since february 9th 2026. It is now march 13th. And they said it was "delivered" on the 9th of march. I was home and nobody came by.
