Caller promised my mom had won $9,500,000.00 but needed to pay $9500.00 filing fee to receive a seal for the financial document. She was to see a CPA at a Wells Fargo bank to obtain the seal. This would seal her claim ticket for the prize. The caller gave his name as Donald Freemon, an employee with PCH claiming to have worked with them for 14 years. He texted pictures of the documents along with a ScamPulse.com accredited business document and IRS filing papers, W-2G stamp, signed by Scott Bessent Commissioner IRS & a picture of a briefcase full of money in the front seat of a car.
