I purchased a single item off of public goods years ago and they have been silently charging me for an annual subscription that I never signed up for and it shows they have been shipping me "subscription bundles" that have never arrived since 2024. I bought a 10 dollar cup of ramen back then and I think I even had to go in here and try to cancel it before and somehow I am still getting re-charged again for it. Also their site is set up so it is almost impossible to get in contact with any support. I have heard multiple stories of public goods doing this to customers.
