I got a phone call from a woman named Jen from "Protect One." She stated: We were calling to inform you that a recent investigation uncovered major banks and credit card companies have been found guilty of violating federal consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Credit Billing Act. This is a complete scam!
