They resolved the problem in 15 minutes after I paid them $199.

Jason Ken first addressed me. Then Mark. They were listed as Microsoft Support.

Their number is 213-642-2396 That is Jason's phone number.

They call themselves Protect Ace United, which turned up on my Mastercard. I had to approve the charges. Case#98522

They said they operate out of San Jose and other cities around the USA. They used www.ultraviewer The Technician's name is Mark and he did the billing for the company.

My customer ID was given. They were able to get into my computer by my pushing two keys on keyboard simultaneously: CTRL and next to it to the rt is the Microsoft key.
