I ordered a product for $34.99 plus $5 for shipping from Project Montessori. The website says they offer refunds, less shipping cost, if requested within 30 days. I tried to return the product the very next day as it was not age-appropriate for my grandson. I received an email in return saying I would hear back from the company within 24 hours with instructions for getting a refund. It's been 4 days and i still haven't heard a word, though I sent two more requests. I called their phone number but got a recoding saying it was not a working number. I also discovered a gift receipt from Amazon within the packaging and discovered that Amazon sells the same product for $16.99 and shipping is free. Apparently, Project Montessori took my $39.99, then ordered the product as a gift to me on Amazon. They paid only $16.99, thereby making a profit of $23.00. The only choice I have is to return the product to Amazon for $16.99, a loss of $18.
