Jackie smith processing server scam

Exact same as everyone else, location changed to pierce county Washington where I live. Scared the crap out of me. My mind went everywhere, i though “what now”. Glad I found this online and thanks to everyone that shared. Saved me a lot of stress and hassle. Hope karma is served to these low life’s.

09/30/22 @ 10:15am; I received a call from unknown caller on my mobile. They left a message as follows: This message is for (my name). I'm calling on behalf of the Process Servers Office. We were retained to deliver legal documents for you to appear in court and for some reason they return from the address we have on file. To avoid further legal complications, please contact the attorney Jackie Smith (long pause) at 888-370-2567, when calling you must provide your case number: ?,
After 10 minutes, I received a txt message from my brother, MY BROTHER...telling me that an Anna Henson called asking for me from {Process Servers Office and again word for word as the voicemail they had left me.
I used to work at an attorneys office so I knew all the ways to find out if you have any court hearings or court cases against you; I looked up my name and I found NOTHING in the Maricopa County area. I have looked up this so called Jackie Smith attorney and only one I found was in TX with different phone numbers, none with the number they left to call back. When I looked up "processing servicing office scams 2022" I found this website with other peoples complaints about this court appearance scam and attorney Jackie Smith and was exactly the same call word for word...
I don't know who these people are but they need to stop these scams.

I have received the same call twice in the last 2 days. Word for word except with my name and my address. They called my mother in law also. I called back and it just rang and rang until finally a very soft spoken man (almost whispering) came on their voicemail. He never stated the name of this Jackie Smith or her so called law office. He only said they were on Pacific Standard Time and that they were open from 8am-3:45pm. If I would like to leave a message, to do so after the tone. So I did. I told them exactly what I thought about their scam and I was reporting to the local authorities. I do not appreciate them calling my relatives either. Scam. Don't buy into what they are saying. They are only trying to scare you.

I searched and found this attorney Jackie Smith in Texas and the phone number brought me to this site.

I did not return the phone call. Scammers beware your day of reckoning is coming.

I searched White Pages Reversal and the telephone # did not come up nor did the attorney's name.

I did not return the phone call.

I just got a call from this number. Scared the crap out of me. I don't know who called me and will suit me. I went to the court where I live and I found on cases under my name and birthday and driver license. Who the heck will do these calls!
