A man with a heavy accent called to let me know that I was going to be served within the next 30 min and asked if I would be home. I told him I was not and then he gave me a phone number to call 866-609-9983 and case #2024039059 and that I needed to call immediately and that he could wait to serve me for 60 minutes

received the following voicemail from phone number ###-###-####: "I am calling to speak with ***********. This is Desiree Adams with the civil dispatch department calling to notify you that we will be issuing out your order to appear in court coming out of Polk county. Now, two attempts will be made out to your residence of of Norris Lake Court and/or last place of employment. For further details or changed service status contact legal firm immediately at ###-###-#### referencing your case number 2***-**-****. ********* you have been notified."

I called the ###-###-#### number, and this is their automated recording: "You've reached an unmonitored line with Process Servers Dispatch. If you're returning a call regarding certified legal documents our for service today, please review your voicemail. If you need immediate assistance from the firm handling this issue, press 1 now." If you press 1, it redirects to that call center with the (844) area code.

I spoke with multiple people. They said there was a lawsuit filed against my father, David Titus. I asked which county, as I looked in my county and his county, and there are no records of any legal proceedings. One man hung up on me twice; he said I was ridiculous, that my father was being sued, and to pass along this information to my father. I said I wanted to make sure this wasn't a scam, which county was the lawsuit in, and he hung up. I tried calling again to speak to a supervisor and the person on the line laughed at me, I told them I was reporting them to the FBI and FCC and he said "you do that" and then he hung up. They sounded like they had New York accents.

My concern is that my father is elderly (72 years old) and I don't want him to fall victim if they try to reach out to him. I did warn him not to answer his phone. I did not give this company any information about myself or my father. I have no idea how they even knew ***** T******Legal was my father. This is clearly some type of scam.

This is a continuation from November, 2023. There was a gap in December but now it's started again. It was definitely an Indian accent. Said he was an Official Process Server. Mumbled out some case number. Gave me an 855 number to call, which of course I didn't. Said they needed to serve papers that needed signed for and not calling the number would results in even more dire consequences. These calls have been reported to the local detective and he said there's nothing they can do. Just ignore them But now it's just getting harassing, leaving messages. I'm old and sick and don't need this.

Called stating she was a process server, gave me a case number and a toll free number to call. Called and it answered as Vale Moore Legal services. When I told him Linda Rodriguez called me, he just laughed and hung up. I called Washington County District Attorney office and she said there was nothing against me and it must be a scam.

Unfortunately, the calls have not stopped. At least 12 calls, some now pretending to be bail bonds offices. I've had to put my phone on DND, which I might miss important calls.

Got a message saying to call 888-677-7067 saying they were from Leigh County Processors on 6/2 regarding a complaint against me. So I called the number back and they told me if I didn't pay $920.12 they were serving me papers and taking me to court for a credit card debt from 2004 and would have to pay over $3000 with court costs. I panicked because I didn't want the embarrassment of them serving me papers at work and she kept telling me this was the last day and my only option was to pay the $920.12 to stop any more proceedings. So I gave my information to pay. When I got home I found out they left messages on my husbands phone and my fathers. My husband said in the state of PA they cannot collect after 4 years and Lehigh County would never call for something like that.
