I do not have any debts and do not owe anyone money. The caller always directs the call to me by my maiden name which I haven't used in 15 years. I have picked up the phone when they have called, and they hang up. But they always leave the following voicemail message:
This message is for ***************** with the following last four social security numbers **** Due to the legal complaint against you, we are calling to notify you that you have been placed on their schedule to be served sealed documents. You will be served either at your place of employment or place of residence. At that time a signature and two forms of ID will need to be presented. For questions or to place a stop zero contact (702) 867-4076.

As I mentioned - I have gotten these calls for years - they are irritating and a nuisance. A google search shows that it is a phishing scam, and others have received the same calls. I have no idea how to get them to stop. I have blocked previous numbers, and they just seem to use new ones.

A woman called me and left a voicemail stating that her name was
"Nia baily"
She claimed to be a "state locator" and she stated that my social security number and name was tied to a document for a process server to come and serve me to my home or my work address.
The woman directed me to call this phone number in which they stated belonged to the mediation office of Lisa Rojas

The call originated from this phone number
888-974-3301
I reverse checked both of the phone numbers and they do not exist with any business name or a person's name attached to it.

You have been placed on my schedule to be served court-filled documents. You will be served at your place of residence or place of employment and we need to provide your signature and two forms of identification.
