I found the local pro through home depot! The job was to install railings in my back yard. Ali came took measurements - said he needed the deposit to custom order the railings! Never showed up to install - does not answer my messages or phone calls! Home Depot has not been able to reach him and will not accept any responsibility which is not right and unfair.
