I purchased $5657.57 worth of new appliances from her and she continually promised to deliver them. For MONTHS she pushed back the delivery date. Each time the date would arrive no one would show up, they wouldn't answer my calls and wouldn't return my text messages.
The next day she would "reschedule" but still never show up with the merchandise, after happened to me 5 times I drove 30 minutes to her show room with my contractor and trailer to pick up the said appliances (spending $100 on a rented trailer). The appliances were not at the show room... The show room is near empty. This is a complete scam.
I found her via craigslist originally, but then I started to google her company and found many horrible reviews and stories with tons of other people that she has done this same thing to. She is a thief and should be locked up for her crimes.
I then googled her cell phone number (916) 919-0451 and it was connected to an old Yelp account from 2+ years ago under a company called OEM appliance where the SAME thing was happening! Many reviews of people having their money taken and never receiving the goods and never being offered a refund.
This is a terrible of crime, she should be locked up. This is grand theft and larceny. Please please keep this person from repeating these crimes on others.
