I saw a local ad on FB a woman trying to rehome a 13 week old english bulldog, no fee due to her son being allergic/sick. I asked if we could meet here in Colorado Springs and she said she was in Alexandria VA but that she could ship the puppy to me. She supposedly registered the puppy with Precious Pet Transport services. Who asked us to send $230 via money transfer from walmart to walmart to the name of Thomas Duringer in NC. After that They asked for $450 for an electronic crate for the pup to travel in due to breathing issues, so we paid. After that they supposedly were in Indianapolis IN and were asked the puppy to have insurance which was $775 which we paid. All we wanted was the puppy and At the end we received no reply, no money back no puppy. They had assured us we would receive a refund if we paid all those fees but it was all a scam.
