My friend is incarcerated at Montana State Prison. He was given the contact info for Post Conviction Relief Associates in order to file a Petition for early release. He paid the $10,000 to Brandon Harper. Today, the prison informed him that Brandon Harper is a SCAM ARTIST and NOT a REAL Attorney. HE ONLY COLLECTS MONEY and then "ghosts" his victims.
