Type of a scam Online Purchase
Paid for a pool from Poolstoreandmore and never received it
I ordered the pool april 16, 2021. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I continued to wait and called every couple of months. I was told it would be more time and to be patient due to the delays from the pandemic.
I continued to reach out and kept being told it would just be a few more weeks. Finally in march of 2022 I called again and was told they could give me a different pool than what I ordered. I felt uncomfortable and asked to cancel my order. I have never heard from the company since March 21, 2022. They have ignored all calls, emails (like [email protected]), and communication from my lawyer and have not returned my money.
I also understand there are many other people who have been scammed by them (we are now in an Facebook group) and we need to do something about this please.
