I purchased the STEM CrafterBot from Pookino's website (screenfreedays.com) in early October of 2025 for my son's birthday. I spent $49.94.

I reached out to customer service mid-November, as the shipping details still had not populated though I had been sent a tracking number. Customer service replied quickly to say there had been shipping delays (unspecified length), so I chose to wait and hopefully still receive the item.

I emailed customer service again at the end of January 2026, still having not received the item. At that point, they said I should expect the item to ship within 4-6 weeks. It's now April (over 7 months since I first placed the order), and I have not yet received the item.
