Scam...ordered (1) dog bed on 7/28. I email them daily to no response. I received a notification saying shipped immediately after they ran card.That has been it from them.

Same thing..ordered 7/28...immediately received that it shipped. I've emailed them a dozen times ...no reply! They got me for $14.95...disputing with credit card.
Wish I researched them better prior to ordering.

They offer a free dog bed (I know, to good to be true) all I had to do was pay for shipping. They did a really good job at looking legit. I’d seen them advertising before in IG and Facebook and their website looked totally above board. I paid the shipping for a confirmation text with an order number. The next day I got another text stating that my order had shipped yet I’ve received nothing. I have “contacted” them several time but of course I’ve received nothing back. It’s not so much the actual dollar amount, just that they are doing this to many people and obviously making a lot of money doing it and it makes me angry. What they are doing is criminal

Facebook page & advertising. Dawg bedz is name of company originally but changed to Ponk Monk later. Offering FREE dog bed just pay shipping and handling. Paid never received product. Tried reaching them several times at support email and contact email. Which later realized was Gmail account. Then further checking and looking more carefully. No address posted. No email, contact phone numbers. On return policy it stats no refunds for on sale items or mark downs. Figures, that's for everyone buying merchandise from them. SCAM! On Facebook try and message, automatic reply saying they'll be with you soon. Then leaving messages in comment section on post, there being filtered.

I’m experiencing the same ??‍♀️... I put my order in July 6 and nothing yet... I purchased another dog bed from another company, not knowing it was coming from China, it took 2 months for me to receive it... thanks for your post... lesson learned research the company before you purchase their products ?
