Advertisement for color shampoo on FB. The website asked for email, phone, address. But when ordering the message "you have a free bottle" comes up - it kept saying it so like a monkey I pushed it. When it cleared I got an email saying I owed 15.70 for one bottle, 49.70 for shipping for 3 more free bottles and I did not know - I had somehow joined! Since going back and forth with many emails - I have in joined - but they refuse to cancel my order - no product has been sent/shipped. This was 10/20, and I keep asking for a refund/cancellation and they send automated responses.
