I bought a dog from a seller in Kentucky. She sent me a contract saying this dog was free of diseases and guaranteed health for a year after delivered. I have the registration papers for this dog. I paid the seller 100 for delivery. I got an email just like everyone else was saying saying for the breed I chose, they needed 1200 for a refundable insurance fee. I paid it once. They sent it back to me. They told me to get gift cards and send that. I did because I thought I was getting a dog. Then they emailed saying they need 450 for a city permit fee. I sent that twice cause they were saying they didn't get the first one. I get told the dog is on the way. Didn't hear from them for a few days after emailing them everyday. Finally they say they can't deliver the dog but don't tell me why. After paying another 250 for holding the dog. Attempted to refund me 3470 then said oh we can't get ahold of the seller so now we don't know what to do basically. Then they tell me the dog had to be quarantined and vaccinated and they wanted another 700 and thats when i told them no. It's been a month. I'm out almost 5k. They will email me saying oh they are working on the refund but then ignore me for days.
