Peppy Pet Ball advertises under a couple different web addresses. www.peppypet-ball.com and www.peppy-petball.com. Once you place your order it will not come, if you reach out to their customer service they will thank you for your patience and promise a discount when it finally ships out. I waited just over 6 months before I asked for my refund, they shorted me a full refund by $6.73. I believe the scam is getting 1,000 of folks money and using it however they want until you ask for it back. Even shorting us a few dollars when they refund is likely very lucrative for them. The email I received advertising the product came from [email protected] Between early Dec. 2022 and mid May 2023 I have emailed their customer service folks 4 times inquiring about my shipment. Brian, Kris and Jane have all been quick to respond with excuses about the delay, yet I see they last updated one of their sites May 14, 2023. Still tying to get folks to order but having unfilled orders from Dec. 2022.
