TRIED to threaten and used derogatory language

The Man (who had the emotional capacity of a 12 year old) called my small business and asked for information on a former employee. I'm the owner and could certify that that person never worked for us. He asked if I was that rude to all of their customers of which I said that he wasn't my customer, he was a cold call calling the wrong number. After he started to call me dumb and stupid, I hung up on him. He then called back from a second spoofed number and threatened to report me to corporate. Corporate doesn't exist for my family owned shop. He then started to call me even worse names and I hung up on him again. They called from two separate numbers about 5 minutes apart.

We keep receiving phone calls for a subject that we do not know or ever known. It's regarding a warrant for the person over legal matters. It is very threatening and the person calling will not answer any questions as to who they are and will not listen to the fact that the person they want does not live here. This phone call is a recurring event over several years with spaces of a few years in between.
