Consumer stated she was contact by someone claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House. The first person she spoke with gave the name Brian Reed. He said she won $750,000 and that all she had to pay was a customs fee of $335.82. After some phone tag, she got another call from someone who said his name was David. When she told him that she spoke to a Brian the day before, the caller said, "Oh, I am Brian."The caller would NOT state consumers name. When she asked who "won" the prize, the caller just kept saying, "you."
