Type of a scam Online Purchase
On April 1st, I receved an email from PayPal tracking that the packeage was delivered March 24th. I attempted to contact the seller through PayPal and then filed a dispute with PayPal themselves when the seller did not respond. PayPal Immediately took the side of the seller saying they had a confirmed tracking number for delivery. I disputed their findings offering emails from USPS Informed Delivery that proved they did not have possesion of the package and Ring camera footage of the entire day proving there was no delivery, but PayPal would not accept either. They told me USPS would have to provide a letter stating that they did not deliver the package, and then I would need to provide a screenshot of the letter. USPS could not help because the tracking number turned out to be fraudulent as well. PayPal then provided two phone number which, again, turned out to be fake. After providing links to articles from the PayPal forum and the ScamPulse.com both stating that this company was a fake, they then told me to contact my bank to see if they coudl dispute the charges. I asked to be contact a supervisor or the escalations department and was denied. No product, no refund, and no chance of recovery for either.
Moral of the story - don't trust Banbain Trade Co, but don't trust PayPal either. They are not interested in helping the consumer.
