On 07/05/26 scammer showed up at my residence offering driveway sealing…I received a business card and found him on a website called ********* with a good review. Scammer cleaned and sealed driveway. That night it rained and the next morning noticed all sealant washed off. I called the 800 number on the card and the scammer answered and said he would come back on 08/07/26 to resolve the problem. On 08/07/26 the scammer did not show and dozens of calls went unanswered. An address or any other contact information is not available. A check in the amount of $3500 was written off my account at ***** ******* ******* ****** *****. Upon calling the credit union was told they could not give out his personal information due to privacy laws and they would need a subpoena to do so.
