I purchased a hacky sack from patchwork supply online on 5/21/2026 I’ve sent about 10 messages since my purchase asking for an update and the first 3 emails I got a response back that they were packing my order and I would receive an update soon. Well now they just don’t respond and here we are 8/15/2026 and still I do not have the item I purchased and no refund that I requested either.
