When i ordered they had a 90 day policy for returns. My original attempt to find out how to send it back was on October 15, 2026. I was honest when i told them my doctor doesn't want me to take it, i am a fall risk and he doesn't want me to introduce new medicine to my body until he figures out why i fall. So the customer service at Parmint says I have to have a doctors note for them to have me return the product back and get my $394.95. It didn't say anything about a doctors note if you want to return it, all it said is you can get a 90 day refund policy. I requested to return it within the first 30 days.
