This company pose as an express international courier service, I was promised 3-5 days delivery- Uk to Cyprus for £30 - proved to be 3 weeks as they sent my package by the post office something I could have done for a fraction of cost - THE scam is called 'Multi-Courier' service you have to agree to, this means they are allowed to send it whatever is cheapest- No refunds - no phone number - crap and stupid customer service - AVOID

Attempted to complete an order for an international shipment on ParcelComapre webiste, but once I provided payemnt details (credict card) an error message came up.

Tried twice again, same message.

Decided to use paypal and they confirmed the payment went through, but the same error message came up again.

Checked my credit card statment online and the payment went through 4 times.

I am disputing the purchase with my credit card.

Went on ParcelComapre webiste and made a complaint. I received and email acknowledging the issue, claiming a response would be sent in 5 working days. I have replied to the email 3 times and all I get is a message saying the email was undelivered, as the recipient mail box is full.

Tried hard, but was unable to find a phone number for them or chat box. Simply unable to contact them whatsoever.
