vacation scammers and Heartless inhumane scoundrels.
Beware of another scammer called VIP Globe who is claiming to have taken over from Palm resort and is requesting that people pay $571 US activation fee within a short time to be able to keep the package bought from Palm resorts.

1) 12 vacation trips in any of the selected resorts such as in Bali, Phuket, Mexico, and selected areas in the US;
2) a bonus (cruise), which will be given after completing a stay in any of their affiliated hotels/resorts; and
3) The 12-vacation packages can be used within 10 years from the date of purchase
This summer, my husband and I traveled to one of the destinations noted above using the Palm's vacation package. Our reservation went well; no hitches. After our vacation, we contacted the company to request the activation of the cruise that would be awarded to me and my husband after completing a land accommodation (hotel stay). I have been calling their reservation number * *** *** **** during their business hours. Unfortunately, my calls were not answered; the phones just kept on ringing. I also sent my request through email; it's been a week and I have yet to receive a reply.
When I was making my initial reservation, I never had any problems communicating with them through email or telephone calls; my emails were responded to promptly and my calls were answered. I do not feel good about this! PLEASE BE FORWARN. If ever you will receive a call from this company offering travel packages, please do your due diligence!
