I purchased or so I thought a service manual to a 2012 Mini Cooper for 69.99 CC that was supposed to be mailed weeks ago to me in Oklahoma. I have tried emailing multiple times to no avail. The tracking button on their website sends me automatically to a shopping network service that has nothing to do with car manuals. Their website has no contact phone number, just the email address.
